Background
During my studies in graphic design and communication, I worked in customer service for various companies. From energy providers, insurance companies, Dutch tax authorities to banks, I saw how important it is for systems to work well for both customers and businesses.
I noticed that many systems were not easy to use, which slowed down the productivity of the team and businesses. To help, I often came up with creative ways to save time, energy and money.
This made me interested in how people experience technology. I learned that good design can make life easier for everyone. Through user-centric design, I am able to do just that.
Now, as a UX/UI designer, I help companies understand their users’ behavior, make strategic design decisions, and create well-crafted digital experiences that work.
Outside the world of design, you’ll find me exploring new destinations, soaking up the sun at the beach, and cooking and eating diner with friends and family.
